  • Travel medicine

An on-site pathology collection service is provided by Clinical Labs Pathology.  Most test results are available within 36 hours. Please check with Clinical Labs re any potential costs that may be incurred as a result of tests ordered by your doctor.

New patients registration form and information

Langpark Medical Centre constantly welcomes new patients. New patients will need to complete the “Patient Information” form before their appointment (forms can be found at reception before).

If you have completed the form by download it (see link below) please hand it to the receptionist on arrival. If you have any reservations about completing any part please ask a staff member.

Cultural Background

At Langpark Medical Centre we understand the importance of patient’s cultural or ethnic background and the way it impacts on health. It can be an illnesses which are more prevalent in certain people or when cultural health practices may differ from the practices in Australia, for whichever reasons, you may be asked about your background so that we can provide you with the best health care possible.

Interpreters

At Langpark Medical Centre we recommend the use of a trained interpreter if a patient has difficulty understanding English. This protects your privacy and assists you discussing issues of a personal nature with our staff or doctor. If you would like to have an interpreter, please give us a call 24 hours before your appointment and we will arrange one for you.

Reminder Systems

We can also provide a reminder system for preventative health, if you do not wish to receive reminders please advise our staff or your doctor.

After Hours

The clinic is open for emergency consultations on Saturday 8:00am and 1:00pm and Sunday 10:00am and 12:00pm. There is an after hours service available whenever the clinic is closed. For all out of hours emergencies or urgent enquiries, please call (03) 9789 5966 – a recorded message will tell you how to contact the doctor on call. There may be a charge for this service.
